Why won t eBay Turbo Lister let me create multiple items?

It worked the very first time I loaded it up. Now when I go to: File>New>Multiple Items, the last menu is greyed out--only giving me the option to create single items.

Do you need to subscribe to the store for that?

    Click in your inventory then try it. I've been using Turbo Lister for quite a while. The only thing turbo lister won't do is variations. Selling things on my main ebay account that need them..
