Underwear irritation bump?
I get these bumps along the seam between my tighs and crotch. I know it's because of wearing tight underwear. (My washer keeps shrinking them)
Anyway, now I have a hard sore there again. It's pretty sore and I'm going camping tomorrow. REAL camping. Im gonna be hiking 4 miles into the woods and I don't want it getting worse while I'm out there.
How can I treat it besides going commando, obviously? Also, is there a type of underwear that doesn't have a chaffing seam in that area?

What's wrong with going commando? It is the easiest and cheapest way to correct this condition. Just try it and after an hour or so you won't even be able to tell the difference.
