Am I overtraining?

5 sets of 15 second one arm holds

4 sets of 10 incline push ups

3 sets of 15 x push ups

3 sets of 15 wide push ups

5 sets of 3 isometric wipers

5 sets of 5 body ups

3 sets of 15 tricep extensions

Wednesday

8 sets of 2 fingertip push ups

4 sets of 8 wrist push ups

4 sets of 8 wrist rollers

3 sets of 6 plate pinches

4 sets of 6 dead hangs

3 sets of 90 Russian twist

4 sets of 20 leg raises

4 sets of 25 hanging knee raises

    First of all, hats off to you for going to the gym.

    Secondly, This depends on your body weight, size, stamina, and also the duration(how long does it take and how long are you keeping up with the plans)

    From a general perspective, if advice you to divide the the workouts by adding one more day, if you can. If you add another day, then try increasing the reps per set. Trust me. For instance, 3 sets of 20 push-ups is lot better thanthan 5 sets of 15.
