Why are some of the Americans Fat?
I'm Singaporean and in my country we have a very low obesity rate and we have a balanced diet consumed of fruits veggies carbs and proteins we hate junk food and we love working out. So why are some Americans fat and disgusting over weight pigs who like to over eat?

Very few American parents teach their kids to eat healthy. Most Americans picked up their unhealthy eating habits from their parents.

bigger/more is always better in the grand ol' usa.. quality does not matter, only quantity
