No, she lifted the Rosary from the walker the Saviors killed in the slaughterhouse(when the blindfolds came off, and Maggie was eye-2-eye with a walker, the red-head stabbed her, and while they dragged her out, Carol lifted the rosary with her boot), she used the Rosary though, first to cut the duct-tape, and now as a charm(it twinkles, and has religious-severity).
Carol has developed a tick where she uses panic as a Coping-mechanism, and with Jiro's group, she used it as a distraction-mechanism, so she could use the full-auto she literally had packed up her sleeve.
