Birthday Help?

This is my 14th birthday. I normally do sleepovers for my birthday but I can't do that this year. My birthday is next week and I want to do something cool but idk what. If it doesn't rain I will do uncle days ice cream and mini golf. But I need an alternate just incase it rains cuz it is supposed to rain. I can't do swimming, going to the mall, or roller skating. Any ideas that aren't super expensive.

Btw whether it rains or not I am going I get a movie to watch with my friends but this is from like 11 to 9 so I need something or somewhere to go before that

    You might be able to go bowling or you could go out to an arcade. Maybe do some laser tag?

    Have a house party! Have music balloons, a big sign with your name on it have games at your house an old pizza box could be a ping pong table the possibilityes are endless
