What are the best laptops for editing? I've looked into macbooks but they seem severely expensive. My budget is $200, at the most $300.

This is a joke question, right? A $300.00 laptop is barely capable of word processing and playing solitaire. What kind of editing? Photo? Video? Bwahahahahaha.
