If a man came to you and said I'm hungry would you give a meal or a job?

I'd give him a 10 and tell him to get a meal

I couldn't give him a job because my employees require a lot of experience and education. I would and do give hungry people food though. I keep it in my car so I can give it to people who have none and are hungry.

First how would I know if this man is homeless? or does not have a job?.
