If a supreme court justice asks me a stupid question?

Tomorrow I am presenting a case and one of the justices has a habit of asking questions that don't relate to the case whatsoever. If she asks me a ridiculous question what is the term I will say that means that I shouldn't have to answer the question because it does not regard the case?

Update:

A term used in court

Like Cake said, "irrelevant" would do the best job. It's short, it's easy to understand and makes a firm point.
