Why does yahoo inundate you with ads for something you just bought 5 minutes ago? I guess they just hire dummies.?

    Yahoo generates revenue from advertisements.

    That is why y/a is alive. Is because y/a forces people to click around more often, thus increasing their exposure to ads.

    It helps Yahoo sell advertising space because they can say something like "Yahoo gets 6000 hits every 10 seconds", or whatever the numbers are.

    I have not seen ads. But did you know you can now sign into an old acc that was scheduled for deletion? We coulnt a month ago but now we can and it's pretty darn great. Try to!
