Rape especially statutory rape of someone who is not of the age to give consent is not a joke. Nor is rape of someone who is drunk. Yes, it can be a federal charge.

Unfortunately there are adolescents who post on here sexual crimes that have been committed against them here. They have no one to turn to but anonymous strangers.

if the law finds out... from any source... and there is enough evidence that it actually happened.... and they can get the testimony needed.... you are in big trouble.... neither she, nor her parents need to press charges... and even if they say they do not want to.... the state can still bring the charges.... it will cost you a lot of money... and at minimum some jail time.... and a sex offender record for life.... you screwed up big time......
