Everyone in the United States is entitled to rights guaranteed under the constitution. So if Trump was to put out an executive order discriminating anyone's civil and religious liberties it would be immediately challenged in the courts and it would fail.
Seriously, Trump is no more dangerous than Obama. Obama often ignored the constitution to promote his own agenda, and some of his orders were challenged in the courts. The Supreme Court even had to rule of elements of Obamacare
