I haven't had many feelings lately...?

It's spring break, I'm an 18 year old senior in high school with no job, my parents are pretty apathetic and one is a severe, not-so-bright drunk, and we're pretty poor. I tried hanging out with friends, something I rarely do since they always seem to have other plans, but when I did, I just didn't feel anything. The only emotion I seem to feel lately is sadness and it won't go away. I've been pretty down for many years now, going back to 8th grade, but it was usually every other day at most, but now, it's constant. Maybe it's the fear of growing up, being bored with no job, I dunno. It just feels like the world is leaving me behind you know? I'm socially inept and all, but I just want to be normal and smiling, not fake smiling and putting on an act like I usually do, I want to be genuine. I'm sorry if I'm rambling, I have no where else to turn.

Hey man i am 22. I literally am going through a breakup right now with a beautiful girl, I have had depression and Anxiety since i was in 3rd grade, I am also an Introvert, I play Guitar, I play Video Games, i rarely hangout with friends because i get annoyed being with a certain amount of people sometimes. But i also always feel sad, and empty. Since i am going through a breakup i am always talking to my friends, But one thing i never did throughout high school is when i was down would be to talk to someone, so my advice, TALK to someone, you need to build confidence and right now you just dont love yourself (not to be a dick i have been here and still get there sometimes) I would be more that willing to help if you want, Getting a job definitely helps, Money is a great confidence booster, just love the job you do. you can email me @ kurtmilla1994@gmail.com.... Like i said i can give you advice but i too am in your position again due to this breakup. hope all is well man just learn to love yourself, Being alone is alright aslong as you love yourself. Believe me its a natural process you are in right now :) its the nature of growing up

You sound like most people around that age who are just growing into themselves and trying to figure out where their place in the world is
