Puffy face disease?
What is the disease where you get a huge bloat or something on the side of your face? I have seen this before, but only once on a human and once on a deer. Does this disease have a name?

That is usually a cyst. It is often caused by infection. Unless of course you are referring to iodine deficiency - it's called a goiter. It usually only happens in third world countries. And it usually centered in the middle of the neck ( where the thyroid is).
