From an ethical standpoint, what is wrong with eating a person who has died of natural causes?

From a practical standpoint, there are a number of illnesses that can be gotten through cannibalism. I would not call it an ethical issue, but a violation of social norms. In most cultures, the thought of cannibalism elicits strong revulsion.
