Ideas for vegan snacks?
I've recently gone vegan from vegetarian (recently as in today) and I'm looking for snack ideas that don't include dairy.
I haven't told my parents yet but my mum was home all day from work and I are thee raw carrots and she thought it was weird but that's quite normal for me. I've always just gone to the fridge, picked out a carrot and eating without cutting it up.
Besides whole carrots and/or fruits and such, what snacks could I make?

"Ideas for vegan snacks?"
There is cookies, cakes, pies, and many other things, that contain no dairy, and and no egg that are easily vegan suitable. Popcorn with margarine, homemade potato chips, pretzels, fried apple rings. The list of snack ideas that can be vegan are nearly endless. There are thousands of recipes online, for snacks that are vegan, or can easily be altered to be suitable.

Nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, macadamia, etc.) and seeds (for example sesame, sunflower, pumpkin) are very healthy snacks and in my opinion almonds are the best. Nuts and seeds are much more caloric than carrots and fruit, so you must eat them in moderation, but they're also more filling. One ounce (about 30 grams) is a reasonable quantity. Chew them thouroghly to savor their full taste and to absorb the many healthy nutrients they contain.
