Can i start working at bank if i am graduated from English Language and Literature?

Working anywhere will depend on things like your resume and the interview. If I were hiring at a bank, I would not take time to interview you because I would suspect you were a liar about your education. You do not demonstrate proficiency at the bachelor level in English composition. A bank would be hesitant to hire anyone demonstrating a tendency toward fraud.

Even with the degree you claim, you may expect difficulties. My first degree was similar (more emphasis on creative writing) and many hiring managers expressed a lack of interest. I went back to university and finished post graduate degrees in engineering. Finding employers willing to hire me was much easier.

The ability to express ideas in writing was useful in the engineering work, but the degree was of little use in getting the job.

I think you need to reevaluate your strategy for finding a job.

You may work in any bank that hires you. What you graduate in has nothing to do with it.
