Why do you believe in god ? I am looking for reason not blind faith...?
Nobody can tell You why to to believe. And hearing other people's reasons aren't going to help you reaffirm yours. Especially if you're looking for rationality over blind faith. Blind faith is all religious people have.
Personally, I don't believe in a god. I find the concept that we tiny humans could understand a universe-creating deity absurd. We can't even set up a global system of economics that doesn't crash every few decades. If there is a god, it's far beyond our comprehension, and is Nothing like the sick fantasies our religions have made up.
However, if I wasn't a cynic and natural skeptic, my reason for believing would have to be the fact that we are here, on this planet, at all. Every single human alive has already won the greatest odds they'll ever face when you take into account the number of partners your parents could've chosen, the number of cells within each of those partners, and the combinations thereof.
Out of those uncountable combinations, YOU are the end result, and there will never be anyone else like you ever again. Even twins are not entirely the same. Whatever makes up our consciousness is unique to each individual. That in itself is a miracle, when not even snowflakes are entirely unique.
People who don't cling to ancient superstitions are usually far more open minded, caring, and enjoy life to its fullest. Whatever you decide to believe is your choice, but you would do well to understand that it probably won't be the right choice. The odds are not in your favor, and they don't increase with the amount of followers a particular choice has.

Believing in God is my simple way of solving very complicated things. Blind faith? Well, we all have to step off a curb to cross the street. We try to do so with our eyes wide open but we all know, once we step off that curb we are subject to whatever happens and all we have is blind faith that we can make it to the other side safely. Everyone has to take that chance sooner or later if not often or all the time. People may show some unnatural instances to prove their point, but this is not enough. Believing in or not believing is individual's prerogative and the matter should end there itself.

It's a burning question since time immemorial, started by our ancient fathers. Read St augustine. Book 1 Chapter 1.— This Work is Written Against Those Who Sophistically Assail the Faith of the Trinity,
Through Misuse of Reason.
They Who Dispute Concerning God Err from a Threefold Cause. Holy Scripture, Removing What is False, Leads Us on by Degrees to Things Divine.
What True Immortality is. We are Nourished by Faith, that We May Be Enabled to Apprehend Things Divine.
Powerful theology you will ever read.

It is just the simple way I have of expressing myself over some very complicated reasoning of logical balancing to determine how to behave in life. Is not just living on this planet living in a faith that is blind and full of hope?

Yes, and it is not necessarily blind faith. I love archaeology and astronomy and there are some things that happened that simply do not make sense and either imply God or aliens or both. If you keep up with astronomy, have you heard of THE BOSS Wall and The LEFT wall of galaxies in a line at the end of the universe.
I do not get how people can make logical apps and algorithms and then create something from a song to a monument and then act all like, "There is no God." I just always hated that attitude. Plus, look at creation, like my cat, I wonder about things like her mind and her body, she is just one create a 2 year old, bad, adorable cat that is sweet as can be and funny too.
Besides that, here are some videos from youtube for food for thought. Don't worry, I am only getting up to 20 minute ones today. Then I have breakfast and chores. But I just can't believe how quickly people, whom God has blessed and given everything, even things he should not have of other people's over the past or over medical issues; can act like he exists and then take more of it. Which is why I will NEVER do contracts for my exes or the people that hate me and my family so much. Because they lied to God and took forgiveness away and Christians should not do that once you offered to atone or take your destiny away or jealously and looks. Then not let you move on. I apologize. I have seen those scams hurt too many good people that truly need defense and deserved second chances. Here are the videos:

These are recommended books and no one is paying me for promoting these. I just want to give people the tools to get an educated opinion about The Sunday Resurrection/Easter Story Events. - Anonymous5 years ago
You may not want them to answer blind faith but that's all they. Perhaps answers will be wrapped-up in other, obfuscating terms but it still boils down to blind faith. There is no evidence for the existence of any gods. You are left with blind faith, false hope or reason and rationality.

Faith, which may or may not be blind, IS the reason to believe in God, it's the requirement, the instruction.
Hebrews 11:1 tells us that faith is “being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.”

My friends, is all because it is in our blood and soul. Since before we born in this world, we has agreed in front of God to believe. I'm very sure we can see it in a meditation practice in a higher ranking. We has a special ability to find the truth if we really want to. Its our own choice. This nature God created is not just a nature like we saw with our own eye, it has a secret and knowledge if we study it more further. Where is this all come from is not from God who created itself? Without God knowledge we will lost forever. Thanks to God who give an ancient testament like Psalm, Torah, Bible and Quran. Plus other ancient testament that we don't know. With this knowledge we achieve what we has achieve today. Nowadays, comes a group that claim God is not exist, why now? Why not 2000 years ago? This group are too late for sure. When we got knowledge we suppose to be more clever. Not backward. :)

I do not believe in god blindly. I only believe there must be some power somewhere, which we have failed to know with proof. So far no one has been able to prove that god exists. At the same time most of the people believe the existence of god. Belief is something that cannot be debated logically. People may show some unnatural instances to prove their point, but this is not enough. Believing in or not believing is individual's prerogative and the matter should end there itself.

Because of the evidence. 1. The Meaning of Life. Among all of earth's creatures, humans are unique. According to the Bible, we were created by God to be like him, to reflect his personality. (Genesis 1:27). Furthermore, the Bible tells us that humans can become God's friends. (James 2:23). 2. Peace of Mind. We can gain great peace of mind from knowing that human suffering is not part of God's purpose. But, naturally, we also want relief. We need hope for the future. 3. Hope. Immediately after mankind rebelled, God promised that he would in time fulfill his original purpose for the earth. Because he is almighty, nothing can prevent him from doing so. (Isaiah 55:11) Soon, God will undo all the consequences of the rebellion and make this earth a paradise. (Psalms 37:10,11). 4. Help With Problems And Decisions . God provides guidance to help us cope with problems and make good decisions (Isaiah 48: 17,18).
