Can i fight off a police dog if i need to?

When I say not bloody likely, I mean just that. Police dogs as you call them. are actually well trained dogs that attack weak points because they are trained to. Could you defeat one, that's a big maybe, you would likely be injured in the attempt. You would leave a trail. You could maybe fight a trained K9 officer off. It's very likely you would be caught after you did

I had a police German Shepard get up in my face when I was intoxicated in public. Cops were just talking to me and were going to arrest another guy at a party by not me, they were just asking me questions. Worst mistake. I hit that dog so hard in the dog it yelped and fell. Yes you can but you will be hurt. If you have to fight any dog you must understand how they attack first they BITE, SHAKE, then PULL. If you are grabbed by the arm them advance toward him FASTER than he can retreat, he will change direction so follow him while grabbing his neck and letting the other arm stay in his mouth, then you can kick, lift and slam, crush him with your body weight. If a dog has a part of your body try to make sure he keeps it so he will not be able to bite anything else while you are fighting him.

try this technique it works for a lot of animals. when it bites you don't pull away shove the part of you it bite deeper into its mouth. if it backs up go with it and depending on your size you could pick it up or subdue it with force.

multiple police dogs are a different story.

this isn't to practical considering police will be right behind the dog.

the best method would be to use a weapon preferably none lethal like bear mace, tazer, or shotgun. shotguns lethal btw

The easiest way is to not fight at all. Simply take out your handgun and shoot the dog until it stops moving.
