What should I do for my 18th birthday this Saturday?
I turn 18 this Saturday and I live in NorCal and I wanted to spend it at a lake or Santa Cruz but the weather says it's gonna be the coldest day of the week (60-something at the most) when literally today and tomorrow is going to be 80-90. I really want an outdoor camp like thing so I can go drink beer and smoke weed surrounded by nature. I don't really have a lot of friends. Actually I kind of have none, just my bf. Both of
us don't have cars and I just want to have something really special and exciting for my 18th but nobody wants to hang out with me on my birthday. I kind of feel desperate. I want to find a warm nature/lake spot in the Bay Area but I think it's gonna be cold everywhere on my birthday. I'm so lonely and I don want to spend this birthday alone and crying again. It's been like that every year since I was 12.

PS: I don't want to seem like I'm asking for attention but I just need some help. Every year around my birthday I want to kill myself and I just want this to stop. I NEED to do something special for me, I'm so stressed out, I have no friends and I dislike myself. The only thing that truly makes me happy about me turning 18 is that I can legally buy my own cigarettes and that makes me sick over how low my life is. Also how getting a license and a car will be easier even though I can't drive, and I can make my own doctor appointments so I guess that's cool too. I new to think of something that will keep me sane

Why would you have to spend your birthday alone if your boyfriend is with you? If it's too cold for water sports, bundle up, pack a picnic lunch, and hike up to Tilden Park if you're in the East Bay, and over to the Marin Headlands if you're in Marin or SF.
