How to work out break deduction wage?

I think my employer cut 30 mins from my break last month what is a good way to check?

    Get you payslip and see if there are any discrepancies. If there are, these should be corrected by your finance/accounting department (unless your employer takes care of this too). You may need to file a dispute which will still pass through your employer.
