WinRAR messed up my computer?
I previously unionstalled WinRAR but everything I downloaded said WinRAR as there was one file leftwhich couldn t be removed. I decided to redownload it and it isn t even appearing in the programs, it changed the icons for unextracted programs and installed an awful web bar permanatly on the top of the screen whioch I cant get rid off! I CANT EVEN FIND THE WIN RAR PROGRAM IN FOLDERS!

That wasn't a WinRAR installer. It was a malware installer posing as one. It's important to check file sizes on software downloads and if you know how, verify checksums. I'm surprised your antivirus program even let you open it.
This often happens on free download sites where they have a huge DOWNLOAD button which downloads their toolbars and other nonsense, then the actual download you wanted is a tiny text-only link that you have to scroll down to see.
