Should I but a utility trailer if I barely have enough money? (Please help!)?
I m 17 years old and I need a utility trailer for my wanna be landscaping company. I ve been cutting grass for 3 years now and I want tk eventually have a company. The trailer cost $480 and I have $510. It s a 5x8 trailer that is in great condition. Should I buy it?

If you pay taxes, you can deduct that as an expense. I would think you don't have enough money to pay on it with taxes applied. There is money in landscaping so getting the trailer is important. Just be sure you have enough to live on in the mean time.

You need to learn how to negotiate prices. Even if this is from a dealer it's possible to offer at least fifty dollars less and still get it. You have to be willing to walk away if they don't agree. Also check for others on Craigslist and your local news paper.

One of the keys to any successful business is investing in that business. Capital expenditures are a necessity and will help you to become a professional landscaper. No one wants to hire a company that operates out of the back of a pickup. Check it out, as many business expenses can be written off of your taxes.
