Mine did until the dampers went out and I'm waiting for Samsung to honor their warranty. It's been out for weeks and they have to make up their minds if they will do anything about their machines like honor the warranty. Seems Samsung is making a lot of inferior products these days. Check out the complaints on their web site and see homes burning down from these machines. They advise you to only use your machine on the delicate cycle and not put in heavy bulky items to wash. I think we need a class action lawsuit with Samsung so if you have a problem with your Samsung washer,please get in touch with me.

I was given a rental car while my Honda was waiting for the air bag recall parts. When I returned the Honda I was told I did not have to vacuum it by the office nearest my home...where I got the car. When I returned it to one by my Honda dealer, they immediately saw about twelve dog hairs and told me the entire car would have to be shampooed at a cost to me of $100. Then they walked around it and said there was damage underneath and I would have to pay for that as well. I can assure you I treated that car with kid gloves. It was a new Buick and simply did not stop very well and one time did not stop at all. So I was driving far from everyone and pretty slow when I had to drive. I can assure you I hit nothing. Inside the car would have easily just vacuumed out. Is this the way everyone gets treated. Just saw an article on Yahoo that said this person with smoking charges on her bill that dealing with the hotel when you are innocent is like dealing with car rental places charging you with damage. I've often thought that on my driving vacations I would simply rent a car but if this is the norm, I will never rent a car again. Is it?

The crack is a long vertical crack in the grout in the corner of my new tile wall. I've been told to use three different things at the different DIY stores and so not sure what is correct and what will make it look nice when done.

I click the place it says to click to appeal and then it says it can't open up. I hate this process and the way to stop my answers from senselessly being deleted and reported is unavailable. How do I do the appeal?

My Quickbooks just quit and I was told I need to buy a newer version to get any help. I was hoping a cheaper software like Quicken would work much the same. Does it?

I don't want google either. My mail is so covered with ads and now spam mail and writing over my emails that it is difficult to enjoy my emails any more. I've opened a outlook account but it still is coming under yahoo so i assume I have minutes until this account is messed up too.

I have ads and other things that cover up needed places to be able to manipulate the site. I have spam emails that show up at the top of my regular mail and some are really nasty ones and embarrassing should someone else be looking at my screen and I can't get rid of them. As soon as you X them out, another one takes its place. And now they have put something over the listings on the left of the screen that is sorta invisible but it makes it impossible to go from an email to home and get the entire list of emails. I hate to change my email but will if there is no solution. And yes, I have tons of pop up ads that throw me right off the site. I've run my virus scan and it is a good one and it says I have no problems. I'm at a loss but it is really ruining reading my emails.

I sometimes think of something else and often want to go back and edit my answer but there is no edit button that I see? Help!

Got a nice response from someone I gave an answer to long ago. I replied to her email but I received a failure notice that it couldn't be sent to her yahoo address. What do I need to know to answer these types of emails? I checked her info but there was no email address.

My sister and I are going north in search of Blue Bonnets this weekend. We've seen reports of them around northern San Antonio but that's a long trip for us. Anyone seen them around King's Ranch or further south?

He was the runt in the litter and so was called Lil Bit. But now he is huge and the name doesn't fit. I have named my pets after characters in movies but just can't seem to come up with the right name for this huge gentle dog. I need to get a name tag for him but want a new name first....Can you help?

The a/c was unable to read the room temp correctly so removed the filter and found that there was this goo oozing out of the front fins. Took it all apart to clean and there was a blob of this goo about 2" thick and at least 6" around on the base in the back. There was a bit of dirt on it but what was it? None of us could come up with a reasonable explanation unless it oozed out of one of the a/c componets or it was left there at the factory. Sprayed it down until it was gone everywhere and it's working fine but what was it? Will there be more? Is this the beginning of the end for the A/C? It was a GE energy star 8000 btu I bought in June last year.

Don't remember the brand name but it's been on here last week and I think I want one. I'm told steamers are fragile and don't last long. This one has attachements so you can steam a rug...how does it do that without having anything pulled up back out of the rug...pulls apart to steam your shower, floor, sink whatever...looks good to me and then has some attachement that snap on the back of the cleaner and one of those allow you to steam your clothes. So tell me what you know and do I really want to buy it for three payments of $33?

won't turn when just pushed forward. It will turn when lawnmower pulled backwards. What do I do to fix this?
