Did anyone else buy an exploding Samsung washer? Or does your Samsung washer spin out of control and walk?

Mine did until the dampers went out and I'm waiting for Samsung to honor their warranty. It's been out for weeks and they have to make up their minds if they will do anything about their machines like honor the warranty. Seems Samsung is making a lot of inferior products these days. Check out the complaints on their web site and see homes burning down from these machines. They advise you to only use your machine on the delicate cycle and not put in heavy bulky items to wash. I think we need a class action lawsuit with Samsung so if you have a problem with your Samsung washer, please get in touch with me.

I should have added that this only happens with top loading machines and you can go on Samsung's web site an put in your model and serial number and check to see if you have a problem one.

I also have just found out that Best Buy has just settle a large lawsuit where they have been selling recalled products for some years. You can check with the Consumer Product Safety Commission about it...https://www.cpsc.gov/Newsroom/News-Releases/2017/B...

We, as the general population, are so getting screwed by a lot of large companies with no regard for us and what we purchase. I was in contact with a man that bought his washer from Lowe's after this information was general knowledge...if you were smart enough to go on Samsung's website.

I had one of the new Samsungs that did everything. It cost me $1400. After a month, it went out and the repairman came out four different times. Finally he declared it a "lemon". They offered to reimburse us $300, saying that we must have had our house wired wrong and it caused the machine to malfunction.I had brought an extended warranty, but they tried to blame us. I told them I would keep the washer, so they wouldn't get it back. I'm going to get it taken apart and find out exactly what is wrong with it. I went out and bought a cheaper machine that works just fine. I am furious with Samsung. They wouldn't even give us a manual, saying we had to print it off of the internet.

My parents did and they've had some issues. It works fine now.
