Importing vs. Exporting?

So, I need to transfer my music files from my iPod to my iTunes. I'm using Wondershare Tunes Go. Do I export or import the music, to get the files from my iPod to iTunes.

    You export to the Destination.

    you import from the source.

    In your case, you are exporting from the iPod / importing to iTunes.
