my ex finacee owes me money, I texts saying he will pay me back. He has since stopped all communication, should i take him to court?

I am currently caught up in the same thing and can tell you - unless it is a large sum of money, just let it go. It is a headache, frustrating, and is causing me to have to deal with him when all I want is to be left alone from him and his BS.

So unless we talking above thousand dollars or if you have had enuff of him and his mess, maybe just leave it alone.

Depending on how much it is, and what you have to prove he legally owes you that money--beyond your word--it may not be worth your while.
