Is the name Iris too old sounding now a days?
I love the name Iris but not sure if its too old sounding. I have a few kids at my school that have really old names. It seems like parents are bringing back older names.
Also, what middle name would you put with it?
I was thinking Halley but I don't know. Any help is much appreciated!

Nope, I don't think any name is too old! A girl in my daughters class is named Iris (my daughter is 6) Iris Halley sounds nice, here are a few middle name suggestions,

I like the name Iris! I don't think it sounds too old-sounding at all. And I like old-fashioned names anyway.
I like Iris Amelia, Iris Ophelia and Iris Evangeline.

Iris is completely timeless & ageless
Super pretty! It sounds fun/youthful, but also grown-up. It ages perfectly, it's classy, and it'll never go out of style.

Flower names- NEVER get "Old." Because they "Bloom On"- in perpetuity . :)
