I have a hard time finding Aziz Ansari funny. Why is he so popular? He's really kind of lame, his jokes aren't funny. Parks and rec too?

I have been watching parks and recreation lately, Aziz Ansari just isn't funny. He says some things that will make me laugh, but really I just find him annoying. I have tried to watch his stand up routines and I give it at least 5-10 minutes to make me really laugh, and nothing makes me laugh. I don't understand how he is so popular. Can anyone provide me a link to his best jokes or something?

Am I the only one who feels like this?

    I don't know who that is, but there are a lot of popular things I don't like or understand...

    even simple things like drugs, alcohol, smoking, and rap music with lots of profanity and female degrading images/ideologies.

    I don't get it either. I guess it's in his delivery? Everyone I know loves him but I think he's mediocre at best ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    try watching his stand up comedies, they're better than the jokes in parks and rec.
