my new boyfriend and i have dated for one month and its been great however we hung out last weekend and things were fine but then after around 3 days his texts seemed distant and i confronted him about it but he just said school is overwhelming but then it kept happening so we met up that day and he said that he doesnt feel the connection he wish he could feel so i told him so what do you want to do about it then he said i really dont know i just need some time apart to think about us. he is a straight a student and hasnt been in a relationship in a while. but im still freaking out because wtf..

He's not feeling that "chemistry" and connection he needs to feel in order to date you. It's not personal against you. We either feel it or we don't... there is not an "i might feel it".... can't force chemistry.
