Do self-driving cars have free will and if so can they drive to Hell?

Actually yes, it's not really that far away from me. I'm in Ann Arbor.

Self driving cars, although they are autonomous (to specific programmed presets), are not self-aware and they cannot 'think' for themselves in the truest sense, and they do not have free will.
