LGBT in college help?
im a gay male who is a freshman in highschool and lets be honest, no gay guy ever dates before college. but when i do get 2 college i want to know like how do i meet possibilities for dating because im so used to getting my hopes up on a guy and finding he is straight and im so used to not having any guys around me to date. im really just scared as in im afraid i wont meet someone because i thought that after i came out i thought i would find someone and it has shaped up to be something completely different.

Join gay youth groups. Is there one at your high school or can you start one? In many high schools they are well established clubs.
Some colleges have multiple gay straight alliances - ie - one for the business school, the history dept etc... There are guides that list how gay friendly a school is. Consult them. Especially if you are introverted - gay youth groups and gsa's are the way to go - you can meet a lot of people quick rather than stammer and have to meet them all on your own.
The best way to not have confusion is to be out. That may or may not be safe for you to do now. But in college you should be able to be out. Then - the ball is in the other guys court. If they are out too - so much the easier. If we are talking about another closet case - he won't disclose to you unless he knows you are out.
If no gay youth groups are around you - join trevor space - an online gay youth group for teens that is moderated.
