My car shows a little rust after sitting in rain a few hours. Scrapes off after driving a few blocks. It's normal. Rotors are wear components. Manufacterers are making cars as cheap as possible (without sacrificing sales) and they probably won't spend much money making stainless steel rotors when the rotors will be grinded away after a couple tens of thousands of miles.

Just worry if you notice rust on the brake lines, rotors too thin, pads worn or abnormal wear.

Brake rotors are not stainless steel, they rust if not used. Drive the car, the rust will come off with normal brake usage. This is 100% normal and will not harm the car.

Just drive it. Of course the rotors are gonna develop surface rust if not used for a while, but after a few applications of the brake pads, the rust will remove itself.

Normal. MOST of the rust will rub off the first time you step on the brakes.
