I had Transcend 2,5" TS1TSJ25H2P 1TB (USB 2.0) and head that reads the data god broken, now I can only find TS1TSJ25H3P 1TB (USB 3.0).?

I don't know if the head or other bad parts is gonna work because that model isn't 2.0 . So that's my question, I'm trying to save some data from my bad TS1TSJ25H2P 1TB (USB 2.0) and I don't know if the USB connector can be the problem or not?

Even if the head from another drive can work, you ain't gonna be able to do it yourself. If your data is really valuable, you could ask a data recovery company for an estimate.

Tnx they estimated, but it's mechanical damage and I really don't know if it's worth it doing data recovery and how much % it can be saved at all...
