How can i convince my parents to let me go to my friends party?

i really wanna go out to my friends party. I have gotten to go to many other places alone before. But i asked them and they said no. I really want/ need to go so can u please help me convince my parents to let me go. Is there any words things i can do to let me go? pls

im 15 and its only just a birthday party its nothing big or anything its just a little cake and nothing else
