How much will my average drop in my class with a D?
Right now my average is a C (70) If I got a D on the exam how much would it bring it down?

Nobody can calculate your average without knowing how much each assignment is worth... that is, the point total or percentage you have already completed that is included in the average of 70, and the points or percentage that the exam for which you received a D is worth. Also, we need to know whether the D was a "62" or a "68", or whatever.

That depends on what percentage of your grade that final exam is assigned. If it is 50% of your grade, you'd get a D.
