How to stop nightly cravings?

    Eat dinner a little later and make sure you eat enough

    Drink a big glass of water (it'll help you feel full)

    Keep baby carrots or other raw veggies or fruit handy to snack on if you have a craving

    Self-control (having a craving doesn't mean you have to give in)

    Just drink a few glasses of ice cold water and the food cravings will go..

    Cravings are mainly caused by a nutrient deficiency. If you take a quality supplement you might find them gone!

    I'm in the stop boat as you, i usually just drink juice and try not to eat any sweets at night

    Eat full until 6 , you won't crave, eat less crabs and sweet.
