Do you think my doctor likes me?
He's a young, handsome and nice doctor. He said a couple of times when my mom was there to talk about me that I was 'a beautiful girl'. Do you think he just said that cus he knew she would tell me and he didn't wanna tell me directly but he still wanted me to know? He knows that I am suffering from depression n low self esteem given the physical things I have gone in there for before so do u think he just said it to kinda outta pity to make me feel better or cus he genuinely thought it and likes me?

He says those kinds of things hoping that your confidence will build if you know that your self image doesn't match reality.
