What is the logic for a leader to identify the enemy as people that live among us this is very similar to all leaders that cause genocide?

Listen carefully: enforcing one of the most open and welcoming immigration policies in the world, based on laws passed by a Democrat controlled Congress, is NOT the same thing as shipping people off to concentration camps. common sense is the logic used as to why enemies need to be identified. whether an enemy lives on our shores or overseas is a matter of chance, and has nothing to do with leadership.
