Would you help me decipher my DREAM; Why do I keep dreaming with OCEAN water?

I usually ignore dreams, even those that leave me pensive afterwards. However, this isn't the first time I've dreamt with water. Every time I dream about it I get this weird after feeling, like my dream has some sort of message hidden and lately they've become more frequent than before.

Last time I dreamt that I was paddling on a canoe in something that seemed to be a lake, but the water was so, so deep and blue that I couldn't distinguish if it was a lake or the sea. There were two whales though. And I was very afraid of the mom, and although the baby whale was swimming underneath and beside me while I paddled my way home, I couldn't tell if it was going to hurt me or was playing or idk.

My newest dream was two nights ago. We were at the park playing basketball, as I ACTUALLY HAD DONE THE WEEKEND BEFORE. But in my dream while these two girls were playing, I headed towards them only to find that the puddle I had steeped on was a tiny coast of ice which slid sideways, sinking me down to what was the ocean. Same color as always, intimidating deep, deep blue.

Also, I don't know if this has anything to do but every time I see footage of the deep ocean and it's menacing waves I feel like my blood begins to rush, I also feel some sort of fear.
