What can I do to have my breasts lifted without going to get breast lift surgery?

I weigh 70kgs and have size 14C cup, they hang quite low and they hurt my ribs and my back. I walk everyday, I really need them to be more lifted and I'm not really sure what to do. I don't have the sort of money for 'Breast lift surgery' as I've really wanted for quite some time, so what can I do? (:

My wife and a couple of her friends used to have the same problem. What they started doing was excercising their core muscles (i.e. the stomach and lower back). What that did was strengthen the muscles needed to support the weight. It did not take long for them to have a noticeable improvement.

Try doing a search on workout routines like "the 30 day abs challenge", or any other routine you like.

nothing. there are no home remedies that lift breasts. there are no pills, no potions, no creams that work and since breasts contain no muscle there are no exercises that lift them either.

if they hurt when you walk buy a better fitting and more supportive bra.

nothing but breast lift surgery will lift breasts
