The reason your reports are not removing the violations is that you don't have a high enough trust-level. You can build your trust-level by piggy-backing on the back of "trusted-reporters." Whenever you see fake support number spam in this section (Yahoo Answers), flag it. It isn't going to last very long because there are lots of members with a high TR who frequent this section.

Its takes more than one report for the automatic system to kick in.
This site has NEVER had live moderation as far as I can tell.
