If you mean is it theoretically possible for one to exist? Sure - if you had a diesel with mechanical fuel pump and fuel injection and a manual transmission you could always park it at the top of a long hill so you could use gravity to start it. Keep in mind though - no electricity would also mean no glow plugs, so it would be tough when it's cold.

In reality, no. Gasoline (or Petrol) cars uses electricity to generate spark to ignite the fuel. Diesels don't, but any modern diesel has an electric fuel pump and electronic fuel injection.

Well, it depends you can use a solar Panel to power it but if u want no electricity then first of that means no radio & no a/c. So it would be a very crappy car. There Also is probably a way to collect electricity from the ground. Oh wait you can put a car in N and roll down a hill. 😆

The first cars were steam powered, no electricity required at all. They moved about as fast an an average lawn tractor at full throttle, but they were automobiles.

Unless you live in the Sahara, you can dismiss the answers about diesel motors. In any type of cold weather, they need glow plugs or block heaters (both electric) to cold start.

If you mean no electricity at all, even generated by the car itself then this could be done, but it would be illegal without lights and indicators.

It would have to be a hand cracked diesel or a steam engine though - and hand cranked diesels can't be very powerful or you'd never get them started.

Most cars only have a battery for starting and running accessories. The alternator keeps the battery charged. No plug in electricity is needed in that case.

Any car with a diesel engine will run without electricity if it has mechanical fuel injection.

Sure, if it can be bump or push-started ( most manual transmission vehicles can do this ). If it is a vintage vehicle made before electric starters were installed, it could also be hand-cranked to start.
