Is it worth it? 85 KLR 600 project?
There is a 1985 KLR600 that I am planning on buying for $300. The guy said it just needs a few things and needs the engine bored, I was wondering just how much work I will probably need to to put into it. What exactly will probably need to be replaced and/or be replaced and how much you think it'll cost me. I really do appreciate any feed back!

"just needs a few things and needs the engine bored" means it's a pos. Count on $3,000 to $10,000, including the machine shop work, assuming you know how to restore an old bike. Buy the shop manual before you buy the bike.
