Why aren't black people and Jews best friends we have the same enemy?

All Jews and all blacks aren't "best friends", but contrary to the popular stereotype, blacks and Jews are quite friendly with each other. A good deal of people involved in the civil rights cause both in the US and South Africa were Jewish.

Peace, justice and equal rights are the goals and WERE the goals of the blacks and Jews who worked side by side and risked their lives in the civil rights movement of the 60's. A "race war" is the goal of the White Suprmacist movements and also a declared goal of the Black Hebrew Israelite group in the late 90's

Bigotry and the blood lust of war are a cancer of the human psyche.

During the Civil Rights movement from its start through the 70ies, as a grouping "Jews" and "Blacks" indeed worked together for equal rights and respect for both in the American system.

In fact, a good portion of the development of African cultural awareness was through the help and encouragement of Jewish professors who escaped the Nazis and were working in Black Colleges in the 30ies through the 50ies.

Unfortunately,

in the 1980ies, tensions between Black and Jewish communities were built up by demagogues in the Black community who were using racial division to build their power -- most famous among them being Rev. Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan.

Anti-Semitism in the Black community skyrocketed as a result of their tireless lies and provocations,

and continues to be stocked by provocateurs for the Islamist supremacism causes today.

On the other hand, friendship has been worked on and rebuilt in individual local communities where Orthodox Jews and mostly Islander immigrant Blacks work together on projects to make their communities better.

One of the shared projects in Brooklyn has indeed been the establishment of Jewish and Black volunteer neighborhood watch groups - to protect the communities against all sorts of "bad guys" - including racists, rapists, and gang bangers.

typical black racist coward... it was a miniscule number of white poeple that actually owned slaves in the usa, but of those "white" people jews disproportionately owned slaves...as they were the profitteers of the slave trade itself.
