How to get good at conversation skills?

You need to get more active and do things so you can talk about them. Look man I have acne scars and can get over it so your height doesn't seem to bad. Just act normal around a girl and for gods sake don't start acting nervous. If you want to keep a conversation with a girl you like find out things about her like ask her what's her favorite show, movie, band, etc.. are learn them study them and talk to her about them. As far as you wanting to get better at social skills I suggest you just start talking to everyone it becomes a lot easier after a while. If your up for it get a job in retail as like a cashier that helped me a lot with small talk since I was required to talk to people and also got paid to do it so there's an idea for you.
