If i delete a file in Google Drive and It's go into the trash. Is it still used my storage? or I have to click Delete Forever in the trash?

No, if its in trash, it will not use your Google Drive's storage. Although that, the deleted file will stay in your computer storage, without affecting your Google Drive's storage.
