Has anyone seen the video about recharging all and any type of batteries? Is this legit information?

Such videos have been around for years. You have to understand that a battery has a charge because of a chemical reaction. In the case of a rechargeable battery the chemical reaction can be reversed when you charge the battery. In most disposable batteries you cannot "fully" reverse the chemical reaction, and in some cases even attempting to can have explosive effects!

Batteries that are not intended to be recharged
can explode if charging is attempted.
The force they produce isn't always,
but it can sometimes be,
enough to blow fingers off.
I wouldn't take the chance.
