I had chest ache?

I've had chest ache about twice now once last week and one today. It just happens. It feels like tightness in my chest for about 9 seconds then goes. I'm 13 and suffer from illness anxiety. Could this just be growing pains? My counciler said i can't go to the doctors but i don't see her till thursday. Please help! (I'm more worried because my friend recently pasted away a month ago due to a heart tumor that docs didn't pick up he died at 14 with chest pains)

Oh BTW i would say i'm maybe a little over weight and i have just ate. Could it possibly be indigestion/ heart burn
