Sperm needs to go up to the top of the vagina, threw a tiny hole in the cervix and into the womb which is surrounded by two fallopian tubes and two ovaries. One either side. The sperm needs to swim and meet the egg in the fallopian tube to become fertilised.

For that to happen there has to be an egg there to fertilise.

The likely hood off someone getting pregnant from sperm on a tissue/toilet/ all that milarki is very very unlikely.

Ideally to get pregnant you need the sperm to have a good chance at reaching the egg and normally that is due to the male evacuating inside you ( firing the sperm up) and good lubrication for the sperm to be able to swim up.
